Closes out FR-I18N-05 for body text. Converted the last hardcoded prose (parse "no file" error, tree not-found, relevance aria-label) to fluent keys; parse_gedcom negotiates locale; removed the now-unused page() FR-default wrapper. Page <title> meta strings remain literal (minor follow-up). just qa green (parity gate intact).

feat(api): i18n stragglers — no hardcoded user-facing body strings (FR-I18N-05) ... 06c6c868d9

Converted the last hardcoded prose: parse "no file" error, tree not-found page,
relevance select aria-label → fluent keys (file-none, tree-not-found, back).
parse_gedcom now negotiates locale. Dropped the unused page() FR-default wrapper
(all handlers call page_lang). Page <title> meta strings remain literal (minor,
follow-up).

just qa green (parity gate intact).
