Lock-in after the build sprint.

Changes

• builder/tests/e2e.rs: full pipeline through the service capabilities (no HTTP/network/LLM) — parse GEDCOM → validate (anon) → geocode (static fake) → adopt-session on sign-in → build (gate refuses anon) → save → list (owner-scoped). Protects M1–M6 + persistence as one test.
• docs: README/ROADMAP/AGENTS status now reflect the working product (was "scaffolding next"); ROADMAP gets a live Status block + remaining-work list.

just qa green.
