Ports the run-agent-task-boundary.test.ts from closed PR #530 (commit 3ede225) verbatim.

Test plan

  • bun test apps/server/src/infrastructure/agents/run-agent-task-boundary.test.ts → 1 pass
  • bun x @biomejs/biome@^2 check → clean
  • Ensures any future re-import of runAgentTask outside infrastructure/agents/ fails CI immediately

Closes #535
