As an operator, I want dates, times, numbers, and lists to follow my active locale, so that timestamps and counts read naturally.

At least one pilot screen shows a formatted date/time using Intl (or app wrapper) tied to the active locale.
At least one numeric or list display uses locale-aware formatting where it materially improves readability (not only English shapes).
