MVP — Teleexpertise core. Two Koinos instances can teleexpert each other. Docker Compose reference deployment, Zitadel+LLDAP local auth, Matrix/LiveKit video, HAPI FHIR base profiles, case model, cross-instance federation over Matrix. Out of scope: teleconsultation, patient accounts, Carte Vitale, DMP, ActivityPub, billing.
