As a contributor, I want a short doc explaining how to add a string and add a locale, so that new UI does not regress to hard-coded English.

docs/ one-pager or apps/web/CLAUDE.md section covers: add message ID, add translations, run codegen/build, and router/link pitfalls.
Allowed literals list from the parent spec is copied or linked so reviewers know what does not need Paraglide.
